Meridian dark tahini is made using sesame seeds which are roasted and then ground into a creamy paste. Dark tahini is made from unhulled sesame seeds.

Dark tahini is made using roasted and unhulled sesame seeds (different from light tahini, where the seeds are hulled).
Sesame seeds are a good source of calcium, great for bone health. They also provide plenty of iron. In fact gram for gram they contain more iron than liver and so are a really good source of iron for vegetarians
