Also known as gram flour, garbanzo flour or chickpea flour, this chickpea flour is milled from the highest quality chickpeas. Gram flour is widely used in Indian cooking.
Gram flour is packed full of protein and naturally gluten free and is a great additive to other grain based flours.
To make chapatti style flatbreads, Simply mix with water and seasoning to make a smooth dough, then roll out into flat round discs. Brush with oil and shallow-fry each chapatti in a non-stick pan. Also known as chickpea flour.
