Preparation

On medium flame roast semolina so that it turns light red/ brown in colour. It's important to roast it well and it will take a long time, You can adjust the flame but take care as semolina will start burning on very high flame and you will need to keep stirring.

Then add ghee and what follows is more stirring. Stir until all ghee is absorbed by semolina. Add sugar and cardamom when it's all mixed well add water bit by bit. Stir until you think that all the water is absorbed as well. Garnish with chopped nuts.
