Use organic rice flakes to make a wonderful gluten free porridge and muesli.
To make a warming gluten free porridge, use 50g flakes to 350ml of milk or water. Combine the flakes and liquid in a pan and bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 4 - 5 minutes. Stir continually, adding more liquid as necessary to ensure a creamy consistency. Serve with your favourite topping.
