Sgaia Glazed Mheat Babs

Sgaia mheat is a vegetarian and vegan meat substitute. We keep the Sgaia Bacon rashers in stock and we can order the steaks and burgers in, just give us a ring or pop in!
Make the glaze by warming up the coconut oil until liquid, add the mustard, tamari sauce and maple syrup and mix well.
Cover the Mheat, peppers, courgette and onion with the glaze and skewer onto wooden sticks soaked in water for half an hour, or metal sticks.
You can cook them on the barbecue, griddle pan or in a hot (200C) oven; cook for 20 minutes covered, then uncover and cook for another 5 - 10 minutes each side.
