Muntons Liquid Amber Malt Extract
Liquid malt extracts are produced by the aqueous extraction of sugars from malted barley, and their subsequent concentration into a viscous syrup.
Use amber malt extract as a base to create a hearty English bitter or a contemporary American amber ale.
Add amber malt extract to all grain or extract brews to boost volume, add body and mouthfeel whilst maintaining a balanced malt taste suited to traditional English ales
