Spiced Winter Ale has a deep mahogany colour with a tan head.
The aroma is ginger and cinnamon with hints of anise and maple syrup with an underlying mulled spice character.
The taste is ginger and spice notes together to give a rich and satisfying taste reminiscent of mulled wine and Christmas pudding.
Makes 18 Litres
This kits includes instructions, sugar and the chemicals needed.
