This Slow-Dried Caserecce pasta is made in Scotland. It has the famous oak smoked Pimentón de la Vera added which gives it an incredibly aromatic, intense flavour but with a mild spicy essence similar to cracked black pepper.

Pasta made in Scotland

The Pasta Tree Slow-Dried Caserecce is made adding the famous oak smoked Pimentón de la Vera, the only AOP Paprika in Spain. Incredibly aromatic, intense but with a mild spicy essence similar to cracked black pepper.

We recommend enjoying it with rich and indulgent sauces, fantastic as a base for a rich and spicy pasta bake.

Ingredients: 3% Pimenton de la Vera Paprika, Durum Wheat Flour '00' Flour (Soft wheat flour, Thiamin, Niacin, Iron, Calcium Carbonate)
