Vegan Chocolate Cake

Dairy free, egg free, lactose free and it still tastes of chocolate! This cake is a winner amongst friends and family. Serve with dairy free cream or just on its own.
Mix all the dry ingredients together, than mix all the liquid ingredients in a separate bowl until it is well combined. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry one and mix well to a smooth, fairly wet batter.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven (160C, 325F, Gas 3) for about 50 minutes to an hour. You can check to see if the cake is ready, if a skewer comes out dry and the cake doesn’t ‘wobble’ any longer.
