Another recipe given to us by our customer, Ingrid.

Preparation

Cream butter with apple/pear spread

Mix in all dry ingredients and then stir in dried fruit/nuts/seeds

Place a small dessert spoon/big tea spoon sized portion of the mixture on a greased baking sheet allowing room for spreading

Bake for about 10mins on 160C in a Fan oven

Allow biscuits to cool on baking tray to cool/firm before moving to a wire rack
